Your Neighbors in the Plumbing Trade
We built Noble Plumbing from the ground up because we believe our communities deserve better. Honest work. Fair prices. A team that actually shows up.
A Family Business Built In the Snoqualmie Valley, Grown to Issaquah, and Beyond
In 2022, brothers Chris, Joe, and Nick founded Noble Plumbing after seeing a gap. Too many plumbing companies in the area were more focused on upselling than actually solving problems. They wanted to do it differently.
Chris grew up in the trade, starting at just 15 years old. Nick brought years of operational experience from UW Medicine and the military. Joe came with a sharp eye for detail and a background in high-end construction. Together, they built something the Snoqualmie Valley needed: a plumbing company that treats customers the way you'd treat family.
In 2025, that same community-first approach came to Issaquah when Noble opened its second location. Two home bases. One standard of work.
Meet the Noble Team
Chris
CO-FOUNDER | LEAD PLUMBER
He began his plumbing career at 16, learning the trade from a neighbor during high school summers. Over the years, he discovered plumbing was about more than fixing pipes; it was about helping people through stressful situations. Today, as CEO of Noble Plumbing, he leads projects, supports his team and customers, and gives back to the community. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring Issaquah and spending time with his wife in Maple Valley, where they’re raising a garden, chickens, and soon, a son.
Nick
CO-FOUNDER | OPERATIONS
Nick moved to the Pacific Northwest by way of the military over a decade ago and hasn’t looked back. After spending much of his career at UW Medicine, he helped his brothers open Noble Plumbing and joined full-time. He runs the backend of everything that makes a business function. In his spare time, you will see him biking around old town Snoqualmie with his wife and three little kids.
Joe
CO-FOUNDER | PLUMBER
With an eye for detail and order, Joe brings a wealth of experience to our team. Before Noble, he worked for a high-end home construction company outside Philadelphia and managed logistics for a large floral business in Portland. Joe moved to Snoqualmie in 2023 to pursue his passion for plumbing as an apprentice. In his free time, he enjoys practicing jiu-jitsu, sailing, and tinkering on his 1987 Toyota Pickup.
