New division, decades of experience. One call for your HVAC and plumbing needs.
Full-Service HVAC for Homes and Businesses
From a furnace that quit to a full heat pump changeout or a commercial rooftop unit, we install, service, and repair the systems that keep your space comfortable.
Heat Pumps
One system for heating and cooling, and a smart fit for our climate. We'll help you choose the right unit and size it properly for your home.
Furnaces
When the heat goes out, you want a straight answer. We'll tell you honestly whether it makes sense to repair it or replace it.
Air Conditioning
Comfortable summers without an oversized system or an oversized bill. We install and service central air for homes and businesses.
Ductless Mini Splits
A great option when adding ductwork isn't practical in additions, older homes, or a room that never quite gets comfortable.
Boilers
We install, service, and repair residential and commercial boilers, and we'll tell you plainly whether yours has years left or is costing you more than it should.
HVAC DIVISION LEAD ·
22 YEARS IN THE MECHANICAL TRADES
CJ Ploegman
Noble Plumbing’s Heating & Cooling is led by CJ Ploegman, who brings 22 years of hands-on experience across plumbing, HVAC, gas, pipefitting, and commercial mechanical systems. After building and running his own mechanical business, CJ joined Noble to launch and grow its HVAC division.
His work spans residential and commercial diagnostics, service, and replacement, including furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, boilers, rooftop units, pumps, steam and exhaust systems, and commercial kitchens. CJ takes a practical approach to troubleshooting: find out why a system failed, correct the underlying problem, and cut down on callbacks. More than anything, he's focused on quality work and leaving things better than he found them.

“CJ was an absolute lifesaver on our commercial kitchen project. Despite being in constant demand — it’s easy to see why everyone wants to work with him — he stayed in constant communication with us throughout, never letting us feel like just another job on his list. His deep knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems was matched by his patience in guiding us through King County’s permitting requirements, which we, as first-time commercial project owners, found completely overwhelming. Without CJ’s expertise and dedication, we simply would not have gotten this project across the finish line. I cannot recommend him enough — if you have the honor of working with him, or with anyone he’s trained, consider yourself in great hands.”
