CJ Ploegman
Noble Plumbing’s Heating & Cooling is led by CJ Ploegman, who brings 22 years of hands-on experience across plumbing, HVAC, gas, pipefitting, and commercial mechanical systems. After building and running his own mechanical business, CJ joined Noble to launch and grow its HVAC division.
His work spans residential and commercial diagnostics, service, and replacement, including furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, boilers, rooftop units, pumps, steam and exhaust systems, and commercial kitchens. CJ takes a practical approach to troubleshooting: find out why a system failed, correct the underlying problem, and cut down on callbacks. More than anything, he's focused on quality work and leaving things better than he found them.
