Chris started plumbing at 15 . One of seven siblings, work was mandated early, so he started by carrying pipes and a broom at the neighbors plumbing business. After living in Colorado and working in residential service, commercial, and new construction, Chris moved to the Snoqualmie Valley with his dog Camino, to join the rest of his family. He started Noble Plumbing in 2022 with his brothers, Joe and Nick. When not plumbing, Chris enjoys spending time with family, exploring Washington, and taking his dog on long walks in the woods.
Joe is our eye for detail and order. Joe worked for a high end home construction company outside Philadelphia before moving to Portland. There he managed logistics for a large floral business. He moved to Snoqualmie in 2023 to join Noble Plumbing as an apprentice plumber. In his free time Joe is doing jiu-jitsu, sailing, or tinkering on his 1987 Toyota Pickup.
Professional and Knowledgeable within the trade. Our plumbers are experts - not salesmen. They do not receive commission or sales training like many other companies. Instead we focus on making our team better at what they do. We also know our limits, so we have established strong relationships with experts within adjacent trades such as HVAC, electrical, wells, and septic systems.
Fair and Honest. We believe that fairness and honesty are crucial in creating strong relationships. We strive to treat our customer with the same transparency and fairness as if it was our mom. Our plumbers are rewarded when a homeowner is ecstatic that they have hot water again or when we repair a clog over the weekend - not for convincing a homeowner to take on costly repairs.

Clean and detail oriented. Our goal is to leave a job cleaner than when we found it. A messy job site is indicative of a rushed and disorganized company.
